"Training in the field of mental health - a "curriculum" project

– If you are a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, do you work or are you going to work directly in the field of psychological support within a year from now?

– Are you between 22-45, majoring in psychology or social service, and looking for an opportunity to develop yourself in your field?

– Ready to participate in seven workshops (5 workshops for 3 days, 2 workshops for 2 days) on different topics about cognitive behavioral therapy methods over a period of 3 years?

– Ready to participate in supervision sessions with experts (1.5 hours online) every 6 weeks?

– Ready to practice cognitive-behavioral methods in daily work and share challenges in supervision sessions?

– Ready to open up to exchange experiences and discuss problems with the recipients of psychological support with colleagues, i.e. during the supervision sessions?

– Ready to share knowledge from the workshops with colleagues?

The “methodology” project implemented by the “Sustainable Change Association for Development” and in partnership with “ZENTRUM ÜBERLEBEN” offers you a unique opportunity!

The “methodology” project includes workshops that carry a lot of specialized practical experience in the field of mental health:

The workshops are held approximately every 3 to 4 months in Jericho or Ramallah  (from two to three days, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm).

What does the “Manhagh” program offer:
1- A workshop for two different groups from the West Bank managed by mental health experts and practitioners from Germany includes the following topics:

• Methods of cognitive behavioral therapy and conversational skills
• Resources and self-efficacy
• The emotional disturbances
• Anxiety disorders
• The disorders associated with stress and trauma
• The physical disorders
• Drug use disorders

2- Regular supervision sessions (every 6 weeks) with a supervisor from Germany online

3- An opportunity to exchange experiences and learn from colleagues and experts during the workshops and supervision sessions

4- Payment of travel costs, accommodation and meals during the workshops
